Chamonix Higginson is a multidisciplinary artist, shamanic healer, and facilitator of ritual-based immersive experiences. Her work weaves together art, ceremony, nature, and deep intuitive guidance to support others in reconnecting with their inner world and living in alignment with their soul path.
Through a grounded yet mystical approach, Chamonix creates experiences that honour both the seen and unseen, supporting creativity, healing, embodiment, and authentic self-expression.
From Interior Architecture to Energetic Space Holding
With an early career as an interior architect, Chamonix developed a refined understanding of spatial energy, emotional resonance, and how environments shape the human experience. This sensitivity to space later evolved into her artistic and ceremonial work, where she now shapes not only physical environments but energetic space.
This foundation allows her to work intuitively with place, presence, and atmosphere: creating environments that feel deeply held, intentional, and alive.
Motherhood, Entrepreneurship & Creative Evolution
In 2015, while her first child was still an infant, Chamonix founded her first creative business, designing meaningful, sustainable artworks for family and living spaces. What began as a practical and creative response to motherhood quickly became a catalyst for deeper transformation.
Through her entrepreneurial journey, Chamonix was repeatedly called to go inward, to meet her own healing, redefine success, and realign her work with her evolving truth. Each iteration of her business reflected a distinct phase of her personal development, embodiment, and spiritual awakening. Rather than resisting change, she allowed her work to grow as she grew, letting her offerings mirror her lived experience.
This cyclical process of creation, dissolution, and renewal continues to shape the integrity and depth of her work today.
Five Years of Holistic Hypnotherapy & Subconscious Work
Chamonix’s path is also informed by five years of holistic hypnotherapy practice, which deepened her understanding of the subconscious mind, behavioural patterns, and inner transformation.
This background underpins her ability to guide others through meaningful, lasting change, supporting integration, nervous system regulation, and clarity from the inside out.
Vibrational Art & Shamanic Creative Practice
Working from her studio in Claremont as part of The Bay Road Collective, Chamonix creates vibrational artworks, sculptural forms, textile pieces, and watercolour portraits imbued with intentional energetic signatures.
Each piece begins in ceremony, a meditative, channeled state where she listens deeply and translates frequency into colour, texture, and form. These artworks act as energetic portals for grounding, expansion, creativity, healing, and remembrance.

A Life Shaped by Culture, Land & Ceremony
Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Chamonix’s early life was shaped by movement and cultural immersion. Before the age of three, her parents sailed across the Atlantic to Europe, where she spent formative years in the UK and in various regions of France.
Her journey continued through working in real estate and on luxury tourism barges across Europe, travelling alone to Egypt and backpacking across South America, where she was first introduced to the medicine of ceremonial cacao: a sacred plant ally she continues to weave through her work today.
More recently, Chamonix spent three years living in remote Northeast Arnhem Land, where her embodiment, creativity, and spiritual connection deepened profoundly. Living on Country reshaped her relationship with land, rhythm, and presence, catalysing a new integration of all aspects of her work.
This return marked the birth of Shamanic Artistry , a brand identity that weaves together every thread of her lived experience, creative practice, and soul-led vision.
