The process of heartscaping

What Is Heartscaping?

HeARTscaping is a transformative intuitive process developed by Chamonix over the course of a decade, that helps individuals return to their inner truth, restore emotional clarity, and reshape the “internal landscape” that guides how they feel, create and move through life.

It blends her backgrounds in shamanic practice, hypnotherapy, intentional space design, embodiment, creative therapy and intuitive mentoring into a single integrated methodology.

Heartscaping works on four levels: energetic, emotional, behavioural and ancestral — creating shifts that are felt in the heart, understood by the mind, and embodied through action as theyr ripple through generations.

The Heartscaping Process (Step by Step)

1. Arrival & Grounding

You begin by settling into the space, intentionally slowing down.
Through heart-to-heart communication, gentle breathwork, somatic awareness or simple ritual, your system shifts from doing to receiving.
This part signals to the body: it’s safe to feel, it’s safe to soften.

2. Mapping the Inner Landscape

Chamonix guides you to connect with the “terrain” of your inner world — emotions, unmet needs, creative impulses, patterns or questions that have been calling for attention.

This may include:

  • intuitive dialogue

  • channelled insight

  • gentle inquiry

  • symbolic mapping

  • imagery or sensory cues

The aim is not problem-solving. It is seeing clearly and developing a creative strategy to move towards an embodied state of flow.

3. Energetic & Emotional Clearing

Using shamanic work that may include sound, natural remedies and creative ritual, you release what is stagnant, heavy or no longer aligned.

This phase helps dissolve:

  • emotional residue

  • energetic blockages

  • inherited patterns

  • old “stories” unconsciously shaping your choices

The experience is grounding, spacious and deeply regulating.

4. Visioning the New Landscape

Once space has been created, clarity arrives.
You begin to shape — or heartscape — the new internal terrain you want to inhabit.

This may involve:

  • intuitive imagery

  • intentions anchored through ritual

  • creative expression (drawing, writing, movement)

  • identifying aligned behaviours or boundaries

This is where the “north star” of your next chapter becomes visible.

5. Anchoring Through Ritual & Embodiment

Chamonix helps you translate insight into lived experience.
This might include:

  • a personalised ritual

  • a symbolic object

  • an embodied practice

  • a behaviour shift or micro-action

  • a mantra or embodied reminder

This step connects the energetic shift to real-world integration.

6. Integration & Aftercare

You receive guidance on how to continue anchoring your new landscape — softly, sustainably, and with reverence for your nervous system.
Integration may include:

  • journaling prompts

  • grounding practices

  • small lifestyle adjustments

  • creative or ritual homework

Heartscaping continues to unfold long after the session ends, the integration phase is supported by strategic tools and self care rituals uniquely channelled for you.

What Heartscaping Supports

  • emotional clarity

  • reconnection to intuition

  • releasing old patterns

  • creative expansion

  • nervous system regulation

  • life transitions

  • returning to purpose and authenticity

This is not traditional therapy, or cookie-cutter coaching or even basic energy work — it is a holistic intuitive process that bridges the heart, the body, the spirit and the creative self.
