FLOW
A Shamanic Artistry Creative Series
Flow is an 8-week creative immersion designed to restore your natural creative rhythm.
Rather than learning how to make art, we focus on how creativity moves through you — through the body, the nervous system, emotion, intuition, and imagination.
This series is for anyone who feels called to soften control and allow something deeper to emerge.
Creativity here is not a task.
It is a state.
How Flow Works
Each week explores a distinct quality of creative flow, inspired by the chakra system, seasonal awareness, and somatic intelligence.
Sessions are guided but designed to allow space for intuition, sensation, ritual, and response.
No outcome.
No critique.
No comparison.
Only presence.
WHAT TO EXPECT…
Each session includes:
Arrival & grounding
Ceremonial cacao and nibbles to share
Somatic or meditative activation
Intuitive creative exploration via various artistic mediums
All art supplies are provided
Integration & optional sharing
“Expression is what opens the door.
Meaning follows.”
THE JOURNEY
Week 1 — Arrival
Theme: Safety, grounding, permission
We begin by slowing down and arriving fully in the body. Establishing safety is essential for creativity to move. This session focuses on grounding, nervous system regulation, and permission to be exactly where you are.
Week 2 — Sensation
Theme: Feeling, pleasure, emotional flow
Creativity awakens through sensation. This session invites fluidity, softness, and emotional expression through intuitive movement, colour, and touch.
Week 3 — Momentum
Theme: Energy, choice, creative power
Here we explore what blocks or fuels creative momentum. Participants experiment with bold gestures, boundaries, and choice — noticing where force can be replaced with clarity.
Week 4 — Connection
Theme: Heart, relationship, compassion
Creativity deepens when it’s relational. This session opens the heart — inviting connection with self, others, materials, and the unseen.
Week 5 — Expression
Theme: Voice, truth, resonance
This week is about allowing expression without justification. Participants explore sound, symbol, writing, and form as vehicles for truth rather than explanation.
Week 6 — Vision
Theme: Imagination, intuition, inner sight
We shift inward, trusting what arises without needing to analyse it. Dream-like imagery, intuitive mapping, and blind creation support access to inner vision.
Week 7 — Surrender
Theme: Letting go, trust, spaciousness
Flow requires release. This session invites surrender — loosening attachment to identity, outcome, and control, allowing creativity to move effortlessly.
Week 8 — Integration
Theme: Wholeness, continuity, ritual
The final session gathers the journey — not as a conclusion, but as an integration. Participants create a personal ritual or symbolic offering to honour their renewed relationship with creativity.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
Chamonix Higginson is a multidisciplinary artist, shaman and facilitator of process-led creative experiences.
With an early career as an interior architect, Chamonix developed a deep understanding of how space, form, and environment shape human experience. This foundation evolved into over five years of holistic hypnotherapy practice, refining her ability to work with the subconscious, nervous system regulation, and embodied transformation.
Her work now sits at the intersection of art, ceremony, embodiment and intuitive guidance — supporting creativity as a lived practice rather than a finished product.
Chamonix holds spaces where creativity becomes a tool for reconnection, clarity, and self-trust. Her approach is gentle, grounded, and deeply respectful of individual process, offering participants permission to soften control and listen inward.
Flow is guided not by instruction, but by presence.
Chamonix’s role is not to teach you how to create art, but to hold a container where creativity can move through you safely, intuitively, and in its own time.
